Supports medically releasing Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members, medically released Veterans, and their families as they transition from military to civilian life * Assist with service navigation, empowerment, support, and advocacy * Enhance existing services for CAF members or Veterans and connect families to services to meet their needs *Offer workshops and programs to assist with transition and support life outside the CAF
