Community mental health crisis program * multi-disciplinary team responds to crisis calls to provide emergency mental health intervention in the form of assessments, referrals, short-term crisis resolution or information * the team has access to clinical and technical resources
Outreach services are provided weekly by appointment in: - Picton

- Madoc
- Trenton
