Support for victims affected by crime, tragic circumstance and disaster * volunteers provide emotional support, practical assistance, information and referral * with consent from the victim, provides immediate on scene, short term support * volunteer driven * community based program
Provides the the Victim Quick Response Program + (VQRP+) which is short-term financial support toward essential expenses for victims, their immediate family members and witnesses in the immediate aftermath of a violent crime
