Coordinating Ontario Telemedicine Services (OTN) throughout Hastings and Prince Edward Counties
Partnered with several locations throughout the region providing telemedicine equipment in:- Belleville
- Trenton
- Brighton
- Picton
- Tweed
- Madoc
- Marmora
- Bancroft
Telemedicine uses video cameras and monitors to connect clients and providers to specialists or other health care professionals at a distance * reduces need for traveling out of area to receive care
Telemedicine services currently include, but are not limited to:- mental health
- psychiatry
- teledermatology
- cardiology
- endocrinology
- pre and post-operative assessments for surgery and fertility consults
- respirology
