Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness * bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close * services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes
Grief & Bereavement
- Grief and bereavement support peer-group meetings or individually * assistance coordinating care if needed

Hospice Residence
- 3 bed residential hospice for people with a terminal illness in their last months of life * 24-hour medical care
|
Palliative Outreach
- In-home visiting for patients coping with a life limiting illness * respite for caregivers * caregiver education and guidance * comfort and reassurance * companionship
