Rapid access to assessment, diagnostic testing and treatment for patients identified as having transient ischemic attacks ( TIAs ) / minor stroke or high risk factors * clinic offers:- consultation with an internist
- a Registered Nurse assessment
- consultation with a Registered Dietician
- programs to assist optimal wellness
- referral to other disciplines as necessary such as:
- day rehabilitation
- vascular surgeon
- physiotherapy
- occupational therapy
