- The Get SET Program (Get Skills, Education & Training) is geared towards adult training and literacy/basic skills with a focus on employment, education, and community connection.
- The Inspire Program is a 16-week program empowering youth aged 15-30 with customized training, workplace skills, and a paid placement to kick-start your career.
- The Financial Empowerment Program provides one-on-one, confidential guidance, covering all kinds of financial matters, from free tax filing via CVITP (Community Volunteer Income Tax Program) to budgeting support and help accessing benefits.
- Through the PEC Fresh Good Food Market, fruits and vegetables are sold at an affordable cost, lower than what can be found at grocery stores.
