Home Care Occupational Therapy
- In-Home occupational therapy services to enable clients to safely participate in daily activities of self-care, work and leisure

Home Care Registered Dietitians
- In home nutritional assessments and counselling for individuals, families, caregivers and groups * works with clients in the areas of general nutrition, therapeutic diets, disease prevention and health promotion

Social Work - Visiting
- Home-based counselling and support for issues such as:
