- Volunteer Matching - registry of information for people wishing to volunteer and for organizations who need volunteers.
- Training and consultations to nonprofit organizations in all areas of volunteer management.
- Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) - assist low to moderate income earners to file income tax.
- Administration of the Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) and the United Way Urgent Needs Fund
