Disability resources and support centre run by and for people with disabilities who promote independent living * leadership, support and skills development for people with disabilities and the community * non-profit organization

Direct Funding Program - Self-Managed Attendant Services
- Enables adults with physical disabilities to become employers of their own attendants who can assist with routine activities of living, such as dressing, grooming and bathing * participants are fully responsible for managing their own employees within a budget that is developed on an individual basis

Independent Living Skills Development Services
- Assists individuals to find the resources they need and develop life management skills to reach their goals * provides a computer lab with internet access equipped with accessibility features such as voice input and voice output software

- Connects people with community programs such as recreation, attendant services, poverty relief, social supports * assistance applying for programs such as Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and the Disability Tax Credit
